Kirsten Becker, has over 23 years’ experience within the real estate industry working with some of the nation’s largest commercial developers and retailers. She has contributed to numerous commercial and residential real estate developments throughout the Tampa Bay market. With an emphasis on master planned communities and retail power centers.
She developed expert skills in land acquisition and property assemblage at Morin Development Group. In addition to being responsible for leasing and negotiating terms with “Class A” retail product, Ms. Becker focused on large complex property assemblage for “mixed-use development” comprised of more than 30M in land sales.
She also assisted in all aspects of mixed-use development to include site selection, marketing, development, financing, construction, entitlement issues and zoning. She has formed her own brokerage company Tampa Bay Real Estate Company which performs general commercial and residential real estate services. Tampa Bay Real Estate Company has invited a superior team of real estate professionals that contribute their expertise in dynamic ways.

Britta Becker’s journey is anything but ordinary. Born in South Africa, she set sail on a yacht her father built in their backyard—beginning a global adventure that led her to settle in Sint Maarten and later the United States. Her passion for connection, culture, and business took shape in the wholesale diamond industry, where she honed exceptional negotiation and sales skills as a graduate gemologist with the Gemological Institute of America. Her success allowed her to expand her career to Santa Fe, NM, where she built lasting relationships in the luxury retail world.
Britta eventually found her true calling in real estate, quickly rising as a Platinum-level top performer in condominium and residential sales. Since relocating to Tampa in 2015, she has become known for her unmatched dedication, market knowledge, and intuitive ability to help clients find the perfect property or investment opportunity.
